Matrescence Care offers compassionate, evidence-based support designed to help clients feel informed, nurtured, and supported throughout pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and early parenthood.
In addition to doula and postpartum services, babysitting and family support services are available to provide trusted, nurturing care as families adjust to life with a new baby and navigate the evolving needs of parenthood.
Complimentary breastfeeding and infant feeding support, along with referrals to trusted local and virtual resources, are included for all doula clients to ensure continued support beyond our time together.

Matrescence Care offers holistic, evidence-informed support through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and early parenthood. Services include birth doula support for vaginal, cesarean, and VBAC births; postpartum support; breastfeeding and infant feeding guidance; and optional add-ons such as Polaroid keepsakes and babysitting.

Getting started is simple! Begin by booking a complimentary 30-minute consultation to discuss your pregnancy, birth, postpartum, or feeding needs, ask questions, and explore which services may be the best fit for your family.

Matrescence Care currently provides in-person support to families in Colorado Springs and surrounding areas within a 30-mile radius.

Matrescence Care proudly offers a 10% discount on postpartum support for active-duty military families and first responders as a small thank you for your service and dedication to the community. Valid military or first responder ID verification is required.

Booking during pregnancy—especially in the second trimester—is recommended to secure availability, though support may be available later depending on scheduling.

Before reserving your due date, we will begin with a complimentary consultation. This meeting allows us to connect, discuss your hopes and preferences for birth and postpartum, and determine whether we're a good fit to work together.
If you choose to move forward, a $400 non-refundable retainer and signed service agreement are required to secure your spot on my calendar. The retainer is applied toward your total package investment and officially reserves your due date.

Postpartum support may include recovery support, newborn guidance, feeding support, emotional support, light household assistance, and nourishment-focused care depending on your selected services.
Before beginning postpartum support, we will meet for a complimentary consultation. This gives us an opportunity to connect, discuss your family's unique needs, and determine how I can best support your recovery and transition into parenthood.
If we are a good fit, a signed service agreement will be completed before services begin. Postpartum support is scheduled in 3-hour sessions, with payment collected for each session prior to your visit.

Yes, postpartum support and matrescence memories may be booked after birth based on availability.

At this time, Matrescence Care does not currently offer payment plans.

At this time, Matrescence Care does NOT currently accept insurance. However, plans are in place to begin accepting TRICARE and Medicaid once DONA certification is completed and insurance credentialing is finalized. Updates regarding insurance acceptance will be announced across all official Matrescence Care platforms.
